The Manager of Clinical and Community Services provides clinical leadership, supervision, and resource management to the person-centered support workers within community-based respite and supported independent living programs. The role ensures high standards of service delivery, including person-centered planning, care, support, reviews, crisis intervention, counseling, psychoeducation, skill development, employment support, case management, and advocacy.

Responsibilities include creating a safe, positive, supportive, and therapeutic environment, ensuring policies and standards are met, and embedding principles of person-centered care across programs. The Manager leads a team within a collaborative, integrated care model.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conduct supervisions and develop performance goals for support workers.
* Oversee and support development and implementation of care plans and strategies.
* Provide training to support staff as a subject matter expert.
* Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders regarding programs and individuals.
