Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Manager of Client Operations and Partner Success to lead key business areas including client project management, marketing design and creation, membership and ticket sales, and event production support. This strategic role will also involve overseeing sponsorship sales when applicable, ensuring that Wonder continues on its positive revenue growth trajectory; This role has one (1) direct report (Events Assistant).

Key Responsibilities :

Client Project Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, from initial scoping and planning to delivery and post-project evaluation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Marketing Design and Creation

  • Oversee the creative and production process for marketing design, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Work closely with internal design teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and client communications related to signage projects.

Membership and Ticket Sales

  • Lead the strategy and execution of membership and ticket sales for all signature and TL Insider events.
  • Develop and implement sales campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales performance data to refine strategies, optimize conversion rates, and increase membership retention.

Event Production and Support

  • Lead the planning, execution, and logistical support for SJC Media’s signature and TL Insider events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver flawless events that drive engagement and meet business objectives.
  • Ensure that all aspects of event production, from venue selection to on-site support, are managed efficiently and within budget.

Sponsorship Sales (where applicable)

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with potential sponsors for key events and initiatives.
  • Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations to secure new partnerships.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are met and provide post-event reporting and analytics.

Q ualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, client management, and / or event production.
  • Proven track record in driving sales, especially in membership and ticketing.
  • Experience in signage design and creation, with an understanding of production processes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in sponsorship sales is a plus.
