The Opportunity :

We're seeking an inspirational Manager of Care (MOC) for our Queens Estate community in Toronto. If you're passionate about health and wellness, enjoy leading teams, and want to make a meaningful difference, this is your chance.

As MOC, you'll lead our health and wellness team, oversee care plans, and be actively involved in resident care. Your leadership will help us surpass regulatory standards and create a vibrant, caring environment.

Responsibilities :
  1. Lead care-related programs and initiatives
  2. Provide direct care, including medication administration
  3. Complete resident care assessments
  4. Supervise health and wellness staff
  5. Participate in HR duties like recruitment and staff training
  6. Ensure compliance and evaluate care quality
  7. Foster relationships with residents and community stakeholders
  8. Maintain high customer service standards
  9. Provide on-call support when needed
Qualifications and Skills :
  • Registered as RPN or RN with CNO
  • 3-5 years management experience in healthcare or senior housing
  • Leadership and clinical judgment skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dementia Care experience is an asset
