The District is seeking a Manager of Capital Projects to lead the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of municipal infrastructure projects that support community growth, sustainability, and quality of life.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will oversee a team of professional and technical staff responsible for delivering the District's capital investment program. You will provide leadership in project planning, resource allocation, budget management, consultant oversight, stakeholder engagement, and risk management while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Council priorities and community needs.
