What You'll Do:
  • Empower People Leaders to confidently lead Associate and Labour Relations matters, ensuring consistent and positive experiences across TJX Canada.
  • Provide experienced counsel on complex labour relations issues, partnering with Legal and HR collaborators to lead compliance and mitigate organizational risk.
  • Lead a high-performing Advisory Services team, driving central initiatives, streamlining processes, and demonstrating data to advise impactful decisions.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning by mentoring your team, setting clear objectives, and championing the integration of emerging HR technologies.
  • Collaborate across HR functions to align policies with business objectives and evolving legislative requirements, supporting a scalable and future-ready HR model.
  • Harness data analytics to identify trends and deliver actionable insights that shape HR strategy and elevate organizational performance.
About You:
  • Minimum 7 years of dynamic Human Resources experience, with proven expertise in Associate and Labour Relations; knowledge of legal case management and the ability to navigate complex legal scenarios is strongly preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field; CHRP/CHRL designation completed or in progress is an asset.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in guiding teams through complex challenges, including performance management, conflict resolution, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence collaborators and lead sensitive conversations with integrity and confidence.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with guiding experience and a solid understanding of legal frameworks - capable of supporting high-risk cases and representing the organization in mediation or adjudication forums.
