We are seeking a manager to lead and grow our Edmonton oxygen program. The ideal candidate is a natural leader and coach, empowering our clinical team to reach their full potential with meaningful support. Candidate Profile

We seek a caring and charismatic leader energized by helping their team succeed both personally and professionally. You should be skilled in building supportive communication, strategic decision-making, budgeting, and executing plans. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a quick learner of new software are required.

The Role

1. Manage and lead a team of Registered Respiratory Therapists and Home Oxygen Technicians, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans for client growth in collaboration with leadership.
3. Create annual budgets and lead the team to meet strategic goals.
4. Provide financial and operational updates to management.
5. Support growth initiatives and build professional relationships within the respiratory health community in Edmonton.
6. Maintain relationships with provincial health agencies and funding entities such as AADL, Alberta Blue Cross, and others.
7. Identify new growth opportunities to support the business.

Your Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and registered with CRTA is preferred but not required; relevant education and business experience are also considered.
• Management and leadership experience in healthcare.
• Experience with oxygen/sleep disorder therapeutics in Alberta is a plus.
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License and acceptable Driver’s Abstract.
• Clear Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check.
