A leading security firm in Toronto is seeking a Security Program Manager to oversee all security operations at Seneca Polytechnic. Qualifications

  • Experience in training staff, creating and managing training programs.
  • Must have a G License with 5 years experience.
  • CPI, Use of Force and First Aid/CPR Level C with AOD training would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all security guards and managing staff.
  • Conducting training for newly onboarded security guards.
  • Providing daily management and support to all guards.
  • Liaising with other divisions for seamless operations.
  • Overseeing the scheduling of extra coverage shifts.

Skills

Extensive experience in security management
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act
