Job Details

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

NBD RFP and Customer Deliverable Management

  • Support on questionnaire content management, development, and editing; and guidance and optimization of the RFP master content repository for proposals and questionnaire population.
  • Manage the enterprise Conference and Memberships plan for ongoing strategic opportunities and ROI, which includes:
    • tracking, communication and management of event registrations with participants as aligned with the plan
    • supporting all enterprise conference sponsorships by speaking with conference planners, identifying key promotional material, and initiating planning with the Conference Leads and other internal stakeholders
    • performing monthly budget reconciliation and reporting,
    • collating post-event survey feedback forms,
    • creating quarterly/annual conference reports and trend analysis,
    • scanning the market for new events that are strategically aligned to our business
  • Fact Sheet and case study creation and optimization with Enterprise SMEs and Marketing
  • Initiate and lead proposal creation when applicable, including SME briefing and quality control
  • Support in creating PowerPoint presentations and lead case study development, in collaboration with all stakeholders, for client pitches and internal meetings.
  • Support internal awareness and educational initiatives of Cencora products and services through Digital Digest and other similar activities
  • Support other ad hoc requests as they arise within the department.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma with a focus in business, healthcare sales and marketing, or digital and technology
  • 5+years total combined experience in commercial/sales operations, commercial healthcare client services and/or digital client support (this may include summer student experience)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to problem solve
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of the specialty pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to analyze, pull through insights and present outcomes
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong writing and editing capabilities
  • Ability to work on many projects at once with various individuals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Smartsh
  • Team-based role and ability to work effectively with differing work styles
