Job summary

BDO Canada LLP is seeking an experienced Talent Development professional for a 12‑month maternity leave backfill within the national Talent Development team. You will lead leadership development programs and translate Talent Development strategy into actionable learning experiences across the firm.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Programs, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve programs, partnering with stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in talent development or leadership development.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of talent development programs and leadership initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and cohorts with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programs with business needs.
• Manage program plans, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Develop one Coordinator and provide coaching and performance feedback.
