The Opportunity:

WSP is seeking a Municipal Engineering Team Lead for the Fredericton and Moncton Offices. This exciting role entails managing and supporting our technical staff on a diverse range of Municipal and Land Development projects in New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada. What you can expect to do here:

• You'll be using your leadership skills to lead a team of 10-15 design staff members.
• You'll be using your technical skills to guide and manage design projects.
• You'll be managing your resources and reporting on key performance indicators.
• You'll leverage your prior experience for strategic initiatives and business development.
• You’ll be managing relationships with internal and external clients and ensuring that their needs are understood and met, providing your guidance and expertise.

• University or equivalent education or experience in Engineering.
• You enjoy leading people and managing resources.
• You enjoy managing municipal design projects.
• You enjoy networking and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• You’ve got access to a vehicle, a clean Driver’s Abstract, and you know your way around the MS Office suite of products.
• You want to be engaged in the local Engineering market and local construction projects.
