Purpose

Contribute to the success of the Middle Office by achieving individual goals and supporting team strategies. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. The Manager will perform operational duties such as Trade Life Cycle support, trade administration, onboarding, compliance monitoring, reconciliation, and client services. The Manager will also collaborate with the MO Management Team to develop process solutions, improving operational efficiency while adhering to compliance and risk regulations.

  • Operate independently, resolve issues, and make quick decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Foster a customer-focused culture, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to meet client needs.
  • Implement a people strategy to attract, retain, and develop team members, fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Drive continuous operational improvement by resolving complex problems and creating measurable efficiencies.
  • Support GBM business lines with trade life cycle management, Trade Control, and Client Service.
  • Ensure effective operations and adherence to business controls for operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF risk, and conduct risk.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Experience and OR education in finance, banking, process improvement, business analysis, or solution implementation.
  • Knowledge of banking/capital markets operations, fixed income derivatives, ISDA interpretations, and market events.
  • Analytical problem-solving and process engineering techniques.
  • Technical abilities in SQL, VBA, Access, Excel, and operational processes.
