Dentsu Canada is looking to add a strong analytics professional to their evolving team. The ideal candidate would have experience in analytics within media at an agency, corporate, or media vendor environments. Familiarity with digital media concepts for Search, Social, Video, and Display is a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating complex data insights in accessible terms
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client performance and satisfaction
  • Manage multiple projects across different stakeholders
  • Analysis & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions across paid media platforms, websites, and internal data
  • Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that communicate relevant KPIs
  • Connect marketing performance data to relevant site and business actions
  • Platform Expertise

Maintain knowledge of major paid media platforms, data structures, and reporting capabilities. Proficient with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics). Stay current with platform updates and best practices.

  • Technical Implementation
  • Build and maintain data pipelines for advertising data processing
  • Implement tracking solutions and ensure proper data collection
  • Develop scripts and tools to automate tasks and enhance reporting
  • Configure platform integrations for unified reporting

Qualifications :

  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis
  • Experience with Google Analytics and major paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Skilled in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Python libraries)
  • Experience with ETL and data pipelines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work independently managing multiple client relationships
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • 4-5 years in digital analytics, preferably in an agency environment

Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience with data cleanroom environments (Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google Ads Data Hub, LiveRamp)
  • Knowledge of tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
  • Familiarity with cross-channel attribution and multi-touch analysis
  • Experience with identity resolution and audience management
  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment design
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Understanding of privacy-compliant data collection practices

Additional Information

The salary range is $75k-$85k, based on experience and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, etc.
