This role involves overseeing strategic marketing efforts and leading a creative team. Candidates should have over five years of management experience in marketing and a degree from an accredited institution. Position Information
Location: New Westminster/Coquitlam Campus
Salary Range: Band 11 (Minimum - $92,139, Control Point - $122,852, Maximum - $135,137). Placement within a salary band is typically up to Control Point based on skills, experience, and internal equity. May place over Control Point in limited circumstances.
The Manager, Marketing and Creative Development leads the College's strategic marketing and oversees creative and brand development. The Manager works closely with, and reports to, the Director, Marketing and Communications.

This regular, full-time position is available starting November 3, 2025. Regular hours of work are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional travel between Douglas College's locations as required.
