Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to regional markets, balancing traditional, digital, and channel-level execution.
  • Leverage AI tools to personalize content, optimize targeting, and forecast campaign performance.
  • Mentor and develop a team of junior marketing talent, fostering creativity, accountability, and skill-building.
  • Manage and execute last-mile marketing efforts with distributors, contractors, and retail partners, including POS materials, localized events, and training campaigns.
  • Lead creative development for campaigns across print, digital, trade publications, OOH, and social media.
  • Own CRM optimization and marketing automation workflows via HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Represent the brand at industry trade shows and events; oversee booth design, content, and follow-up strategy.
  • Monitor KPIs (budget, ROI) and generate clear, actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, with an MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience; at least 4 years in a people management role.
  • HVAC, building technology, or technical industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with US and Canadian stakeholders is required; global experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel within North America (~20-30%).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
