Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our national marketing efforts. This leadership role involves guiding the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies focused on brand visibility, franchise growth, and agent enablement. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership and serve as a brand evangelist across the organization, with opportunities to build and expand the marketing team based on organizational needs and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and execution of brand, digital, and growth marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Build tools, resources, and materials needed for success.
  3. Strengthen the Coldwell Banker Canada brand through consistent messaging, storytelling, and impactful campaigns.
  4. Create marketing assets and sales enablement tools to support franchise sales.
  5. Implement value-driven communications, programs, and performance marketing strategies to enhance franchise retention.
  6. Drive agent productivity through tools, training, and resources that support success.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and franchisees on marketing initiatives.
  8. Measure performance and optimize strategies based on KPIs and insights.
  9. Manage brand activations, events, sponsorships, and digital campaigns.
  10. Lead the marketing team and external agencies, with potential to grow the team.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in real estate, franchising, or related entrepreneurial industries.
  • Proven experience in brand and digital marketing strategy.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Canadian real estate industry trends and franchise operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, and content workflows.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability in a fast-paced environment.
