Our client, We Must, is a fast-growing custom printing company serving both B2B and D2C markets across Canada and the U.S. As Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the marketing function, including campaign planning, execution, and performance across paid media, email, content, and e-commerce channels. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation and is ideal for a results-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a measurable impact.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage quarterly marketing plans based on business goals such as revenue, orders, and retention.
  • Plan and run marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Create brand messaging and value propositions for B2B and D2C customers.
  • Write and manage content including landing pages, product pages, case studies, and videos.
  • Manage paid ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Set and track ad budgets and performance goals.
  • Improve SEO through audits, keyword research, on-page updates, and link-building.
  • Run A/B tests and analyze user behavior to improve website performance.
  • Work with the e-commerce team to improve site experience and conversion.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate and up to date.
  • Create and manage email and SMS campaigns for different customer segments.
  • Build customer journeys for new, repeat, and inactive buyers.
  • Plan and post content across social media platforms.
  • Respond to comments and messages; manage creator or influencer partnerships.
  • Coordinate trade shows, pop-ups, and other marketing events.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses and industry groups.
  • Track performance across all marketing channels and report on key metrics.
  • Manage freelancers, agencies, and support junior team members.
  • Handle marketing budget and keep track of invoices and expenses.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow brand, legal, and advertising rules.
  • Take on other marketing tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth, digital, or brand strategy.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, print, apparel, or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Proven success managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
  • Strong writing skills and a good visual eye for content and branding.
  • Experience creating or managing content like landing pages, ads, or email campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and conversion rate optimization.
  • Comfortable working with budgets, setting KPIs, and tracking ROI.
  • Completed certifications in digital marketing, advertising, or analytics are a strong asset (Google, Meta, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing channels in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Education/Certifications: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Certifications from Google, Meta, HubSpot, or Hootsuite; online courses from Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, or Udemy are assets.
