In this role, reporting directly to the President, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Duliban’s marketing strategy, while overseeing a team of digital professionals and collaborating with other internal departments. You will oversee all aspects of brand positioning, lead generation, digital performance, and internal communications across multiple channels and locations. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader who is passionate about driving growth through innovative, data-informed marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build, implement and execute a marketing strategy fully outlining acquisition strategy, marketing and advertising strategy, resources required, digital program expectations, search engine optimization and search engine marketing.

• Lead, motivate and engage Digital Marketing Team Members with specific and measurable responsibilities while continuing to focus on companywide objectives

• Fully oversee, maintain and change our website to maximize performance, lead conversation and a positive experience for all visitors.

• Generate and evaluate targets for weekly, monthly and quarterly goals.

• Determine a strategy to establish and include metrics and analytics in which are to be gauged daily to measure results.

• Create monthly reports regarding SEO, Website analytics, social, email and niche products.

• Maintain direct relationships with managers and team leaders of our company to assist in programs to assist in making tasks more efficient.

• Manage all acquisition strategies, work with the finance team to determine costs to acquire, closing ratios and value to our organization.

• Oversee internal company marketing and displays.

• Construct, maintain and oversee dynamic referral programs.

• Develop and oversee strategy on the retargeting of visitors to website.

• Work closely with our sales department to measure and track clear KPI’s in accordance with new client experience plan.

• Lead and collaborate among the marketing teams within the McDougall Insurance Group and various insurance partners.

• Oversight of the back end and communication within our CRM platform Zoho.

• Support and contribute meaningfully to organizational KPI’s (Duliban DNA).



Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing
  • 3+ years leading a team of professionals
  • Post Secondary diploma/degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of paid and organic search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media metrics, A/B testing or multivariate and trend analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Website platforms such as SEM Rush, DIIB and Ahrefs and Google Data Studio
  • Strong knowledge of web design and web development in word press, and JavaScript.
  • Willing to obtain a RIBO Level 1 license with the support of the company
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is considered an asset
