PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and contribute to the development and delivery of submission documents to health technology assessment agencies (i.e., CDR, INESSS) and provincial drug and private plans aligned to the payer value proposition.
- Contribute to HEOR projects by leading/supporting health economic model development, literature review and evidence synthesis, protocol development, data collection strategies development, and manuscript development.
- Contribute to departmental NBD through the identification of leads and contacts at industry conferences. Will also actively lead and/or contribute to the development of new project proposals and/or more comprehensive Request for Proposals (RFPs)—i.e., development of budgets, timelines, service offerings, capabilities (i.e., case studies).
- Support client needs in payer regulatory requirements, annual reporting requirements, and submissions.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all services, supporting goals for business unit growth.
- Manage client accounts and monthly revenue billing.
- Participate in project team meetings and collaborate with team members to efficiently complete engagements within the allotted hours and timeline.
- Lead project teams in a client manager role for Consulting, serving as the primary client interface to meet and exceed expectations.
- Lead and/or collaborate across multiple Cencora programs in Canada to identify, generate, and close new consulting opportunities.
- Support project and client needs with business travel, as needed (5% to 10%).
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate degree in business and/or life sciences.
- Master’s degree (in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health policy, business administration, or a health science-related discipline) is preferred.
- At least 3 years of practical experience. Experience in specialty products, orphan and ultra-orphan diseases, and oncology is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, notably in market access and reimbursement.
- Experience in economic modelling is an asset.

- Experience with retrospective research and large database management and analysis.
- Proficiency in descriptive and inferential statistics and analysis.
- Understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical industry, including market access, pricing, and reimbursement, and key stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex material clearly in presentations and discussions.
- Ability to network and partner with external stakeholders such as pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, and medical professionals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
