Job Description

The Protect Product Office, part of Enterprise Protect, is responsible for developing Protect Products to ensure they operate efficiently and seamlessly, protecting the bank, customers, and employees from Fraud. The Senior Manager, Product Governance, will establish the product strategy and governance frameworks, including benchmarking against industry standards, centralizing artifacts, and integrating processes. The role involves:

1. Establishing product frameworks, assessments, and benchmarks for decision making
2. Identifying and assessing internal and external benchmarking opportunities
3. Developing processes to utilize frameworks and assessments effectively
4. Implementing structured routines to ensure alignment and promote best practices
5. Reviewing and updating cadences and routines regularly
6. Designing standardized processes and templates for roadmaps
7. Creating and maintaining a centralized repository and automated reporting processes
8. Providing comprehensive reports to leadership for data-driven decision-making
9. Ensuring adherence to enterprise frameworks and maintaining strategic alignment with senior management
10. Understanding internal business and technical environments and engaging relevant stakeholders
11. Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes
12. Maintaining a culture of risk management and control
13. Potentially leading a small team of analysts

The role requires active participation in team activities, supporting a positive work environment, providing industry thought leadership, and continuous learning about emerging trends and tools.
