The Role Cooke is advancing its digital transformation through fusion Business Capability Teams and cross-functional Product Teams that deliver data, analytics, and automation solutions. As a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), you serve as a strategic connector-ensuring alignment between IT, business capabilities, and products that drive measurable value across aquaculture, processing, distribution, and corporate functions. You are the primary liaison between IT and an assigned portfolio of Business Capability and Product Teams. You help shape and prioritize the initiatives that bring digital strategy to life-bridging business needs, enterprise architecture, and delivery planning. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnering Build strong knowledge of your assigned business domains: strategy, KPIs, user journeys, regulatory and operational contextFacilitate quarterly roadmap and maturity reviews with Capability and Product TeamsEnsure technology strategy reflects both business priorities and enterprise standards Value & Demand Management Identify and assess opportunities with business teams using the Opportunity Prioritization frameworkGuide teams through the Architecture Review Board (ARB) process and ensure alignment to architectural principlesUse TBM and business-case inputs to articulate cost, value, and expected benefits Portfolio & Delivery Support Track delivery status of initiatives and major product releases impacting your assigned teamsHelp manage interdependencies, risks, and escalations across vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholdersSupport benefit realization by ensuring follow-through on committed outcomes Stakeholder Coaching & Influence Support Capability and Product Owners in adopting modern tools (e.g., Power Platform, M365) and agile planning principlesGuide teams in shaping their backlog around outcomes, MVPs, and iterative deliveryCommunicate clearly with senior leaders-balancing business value and technical implications Innovation & Continuous Improvement Help mature documentation practices, templates, and analytical standardsChampion reuse and shared understanding across initiatives, avoiding duplication of effortsContribute to defining best practices for early-stage analysis, architecture planning, and solution governance Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline (MBA an asset)5+ years in BRM, product-facing IT, or business-aligned strategic rolesExperience working across multi-functional teams in global environments (manufacturing, food production, or supply chain preferred)Strong grasp of enterprise IT governance (ARB, TBM, vendor lifecycle) and agile planning principlesProven ability to translate business strategy into capability roadmaps and digital solutionsSkilled in stakeholder influence, executive communication, and cross-cultural collaborationFamiliarity with Microsoft cloud, integration patterns, and data platforms (Power BI, Fabric, etc.)Join our team and enjoy the benefits of full-time year-round employment with competitive rates and a comprehensive benefits package tailored to support your well-being and career growth.
