Our client is an international leader in the Rebrand Implementation space assisting Fortune 500 companies through their enterprise wide transformations. They are looking to add Managers to their client engagement team as they continue their strategic growth plans. Located in Toronto, the role is a fully hybrid flexible position where you’ll be leading clients through the various stages of transformation of their physical branding initiatives. This is a highly engaging role that challenges your project management, client engagement and stakeholder management skills in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of enterprise level projects
  • Maintain client relations as the engagement lead for projects
  • Lead consulting teams and manage the production of all project deliverables
  • Oversee the professional development of junior team members
  • Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, schedules, and updates using project management software
  • Manage and maintain key suppliers, partners and stakeholders as required (e.g., RFI, RFP, regular follow-up, tracking tools)
  • Ensure all project participants understand project goals, assumptions, constraints, and deliverables by beginning with the end in mind and managing this process throughout each phase of work
  • Lead meetings with clients, maintaining records from internal and client-facing meetings, and communicate updates accordingly
  • Bring forward smarter, faster, better solutions to processes and identify opportunities to be more agile in day-to-day activities

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrated commitment to life-long learning; post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate preferred
  • Four to six years of relevant experience in client engagement and managing enterprise level implementations
  • Experience leading large teams and overseeing the professional development of staff
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems creatively
  • Proven track record of regularly seeking feedback and integrating it into work practices
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify important details while maintaining focus on overall project goals
  • Ability to quickly change direction and adapt to new challenges and priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client calls and requests independently
  • An inclusive and supportive approach to working with colleagues and clients
  • High level of comfort with technology, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as MS Project and SharePoint
