We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented, process and quality-focused team player who is self-motivated and goal-driven to fill the position of Manager, Maintenance based out of our Oliver, BC Production Facility / Jackson-Triggs Winery.

The Jackson-Triggs Winery is a full-service operation from harvest through to final distribution, operating year-round and producing some of the industry’s most awarded wines. The Role

The role of Manager, Maintenance is to manage the maintenance department for bottle shop, cellars, building, and harvest. The individual will lead the department, oversee the CMMS and CI initiatives, and task completion. Work in collaboration with all departments ensuring their needs are being met or exceeded.

What You'll Be Doing

• Organize, schedule, train, supervise, motivate, and coach the department supervisor and workers. Focus on productivity uptime and meeting customer needs by maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure optimal asset performance.
• Collaborate with the facility engineer on all new capital projects.
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors, handle multiple tasks, and establish deadlines to meet expectations.
• Ensure critical parts inventory is updated and maintained.
• Prioritize maintenance and repairs of company equipment, facilitate the CMMS system, and ensure CI initiatives are met on time and within budget.
• Assist with the operation of the Effluent plant.
• Communicate, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures for the department, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and governance.
• Establish and maintain departmental budgets for labor and parts.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of comparable experience
• College Trade Certification

Compensation: Budgeted Range – $101,355.00 - $131,165.00.

The budgeted range considers experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other organizational factors. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards at Arterra.
