United Gulf Developments is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. This leadership role involves managing a team of technicians and ensuring the proper maintenance of our buildings to provide safe and high-quality environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple properties
  • Lead, mentor, and manage maintenance technicians
  • Implement proactive preventative maintenance programs
  • Coordinate repairs, renovations, and capital improvements
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues promptly
  • Manage third-party vendors and ensure safety compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and work orders
  • Conduct property inspections to identify issues
  • Collaborate with property management to enhance tenant satisfaction
  • Manage inventory and procurement of supplies
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property maintenance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
