*Job Summary*Beechwood Agri Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facilities. Beechwood offers competitive wages with employee benefits package, profit sharing and use of a company vehicle to make service calls between locations. Beechwood operates two grain elevators which this individual would be responsible for maintaining. Employees create maintenance requests and the manager would be responsible for prioritizing the work needed to complete these requests and do so in a timely manner to ensure smooth daily operations. Jobs include but are not limited to minor electrical repairs, equipment maintenance, changing bearings, welding repairs, and minor millwrighting repairs to the elevator and facilities.*Duties** Lead and manage the maintenance program for both locations.* Prioritize workload and schedule to keep operations running smoothly.* Minor electrical repairs.* Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.* Equipment maintenance including: changing bearings, welding repairs, minor millwrighting repairs to the elevator and facilities.* Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.* Manage projects related to facility upgrades or new installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.* Maintain compliance with safety regulations.*Qualifications** Proven experience in industrial maintenance management or a similar role.* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and general fabrication techniques.* Millwright experience is an asset.* Experience working in an agricultural setting an asset.* Able to climb ladders and comfortable working at heights up to 80' on small platforms.* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.* Effective communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.* Valid G license.
