Work Environment:

  • This position can be located in Calgary AB or Lloydminster SK

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing technical team across trades and specialties

  • Manage team performance through regular feedback, development, and reviews

  • Align team activities with business objectives by translating strategic direction into clear tasks

  • Execute M&R project plans within budget and financial guidelines

  • Resolve operational challenges by deploying the right people and resources

  • Achieve results through effective use of people, technology, and processes, balancing hands-on work with leadership

Who you are:

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering or Technology

  • Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with EAM systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP)

  • Maintenance Management Professional certificate or equivalent an asset

  • Proven management and leadership experience, including team development and mentoring
