Who we need
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Delivery, we have a newly created opportunity for a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to lead the execution of strategic, data-driven campaigns. This role is critical to driving member engagement and partner satisfaction. As the Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you will bring the member journey to life by planning, executing, and optimizing marketing touchpoints that strengthen retention, increase loyalty, and deliver on business objectives.
This is a hybrid role, working five days over a two-week period in the office.
What's in it for you:
Influence and ownership. We are a data science-driven company, and our membership is growing exponentially. You will drive the strategic delivery of churn prevention and member retention initiatives. You will take ownership of designing and implementing impactful attrition campaigns, utilizing real-time conversion data to gain a comprehensive view of the member journey. With access to a rich volume of data, you will develop creative campaigns tailored to diverse partners and verticals—from travel to groceries—and explore the opportunities and limitations each presents.
Exposure. You will work across internal and external teams, including Partnerships, Marketing Delivery, and Brand Marketing, as well as Design and Technical agencies and marketing teams within our ownership and partner groups. You will play a key role in delivering targeted campaigns across the entire member lifecycle for Canada’s favourite loyalty program.
Growth. With giants in banking, grocery, and entertainment as our owners and partners across various categories, including travel, shopping, and dining, this is a career-defining opportunity to build influence across top Canadian categories. You will gain exposure to a breadth of campaign strategies and data applications while expanding your skills beyond your current role, evolving beyond executing marketing plans and building campaigns. From your first day, you will be supported and mentored to grow your lifecycle marketing expertise. You will develop the foundational capabilities to succeed in marketing leadership, whether with Scene+ directly or with one of our owners. You are seeking an opportunity to expand your impact, lead end-to-end campaign delivery, and help shape the full member lifecycle.
