Reporting to the Director, Assistant General Counsel, you will have a broad range of responsibilities in providing legal guidance in relation to employment and contract matters, as well as generally supporting the legal advice needs of the Canadian business. You will partner closely with business teams and stakeholders to support initiatives to provide practical and timely advice to ensure our operations are well managed. You will have the opportunity to be innovative while ensuring that we manage risk to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will support business expansion and issues arising from an increasingly globalized workforce in a federally regulated Bank, and the drafting and review of key employment-related agreements, policies, and issues as well as, third party agreements.
