Job Function

Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, the Manager will lead the design and delivery of leadership development initiatives, support employee engagement, and collaborate on various projects including onboarding, competency framework integration, and supervision learning programs. The role involves managing a team of subject matter experts to promote an exceptional learning experience across the organization.

This position partners with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to deliver leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage leadership, management, and business skills curricula.
  • Lead projects such as competency framework integration, onboarding revamp, and online leadership resources.
  • Support leadership development aligned with talent management strategies.
  • Identify curriculum gaps and develop programs to address skill needs.
  • Build relationships with leaders to understand and support their development needs.
  • Manage external vendors and leadership coaching programs.
  • Develop KPIs and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.

People Management

  • Build and lead a high-performance team of 5 direct reports.
  • Set performance goals, provide coaching, and support professional development.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years in HR, Learning, and Leadership Development.
  • Experience in facilitation, stakeholder consultation, and project management.
  • Knowledge of leadership assessment methodologies and technology-based training.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
