About The Opportunity

LRO Staffing is partnered with one of Canada’s largest health institutions seeking a Manager, IT Operations & Client Service. Reporting to the Director, Digital Operations, this individual will lead a large group of technical FTEs and oversee day-to-day IT operations and service delivery enhancement, stakeholder engagement, etc.

This is a permanent role with one of the region’s top employers. As this organization employs a hybrid work model, only candidates local to the Ottawa/NCR will be considered.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, or similar
  • 8+ years of technical experience in IT support/operations and ITIL service delivery within a Microsoft 365 environment
  • 4+ years of management experience leading IT Support and Service Desk teams and managing IT service delivery projects, client relations, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow platforms
  • Experience within the healthcare sector is a strong asset, as is bilingualism in English & French
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work both in a team and independently
