Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and oversee delivery of solutions and testing efforts.
• Manage project status, resources, milestones, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with partners on design deliverables and project estimates.
• Communicate requirements, plans, and changes effectively.
• Define vendor strategy, manage vendors, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support business case development focusing on reusability, scalability, and innovation.
• Manage escalated issues and ensure quality assurance processes.
• Drive stakeholder communication and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and project management disciplines.
• Control scope changes and manage project costs and benefits.
• Oversee demand management and project intake.
• Identify dependencies and risks with mitigation plans.
• Represent the team in stakeholder meetings and obtain buy-in.
• Establish governance structures and processes.

Employee/Team Management

• Manage the development and design teams, providing leadership and technical guidance.
