Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Manager TIS, Gas Distribution and Digital/AI Delivery to lead AI and digital solution delivery across GDS, partnering with business and technology stakeholders. The Manager TIS, Gas Distribution and Digital/AI Delivery provides strategic leadership for solution architecture, artificial intelligence delivery, across Gas Distribution.

What You Will Do

• Manage the delivery of AI/ Digital solutions for GDS, working with business and technology partners to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and support the responsible implementation of emerging capabilities.
• Partner with business leaders, Enterprise Architecture, delivery teams, shared services, and vendors to translate complex requirements into practical solutions, resolve architectural challenges, and build alignment across stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop solution architects and other technology professionals while promoting collaboration, technical quality, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and experimentation.

Who You Are

• You have an advanced university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with at least 10 years of progressively responsible technology experience.
• Expert knowledge of solution architecture within a complex utility or enterprise application environment, including strong knowledge of application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security architecture.
• Demonstrated experience leading technology delivery, business transformation, or architecture initiatives, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• You are a strategic and analytical leader who can evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, and translate technical concepts, risks, and recommendations into clear business language.

Salary Ranges from $135,000.00 – $195,000.00 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
