Davidson & Company is seeking a Manager, IT Compliance & Risk to join our Audit team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct internal and external compliance audits related to SOX, PCI-DSS, and other compliance requirements
• Participate in IT risk assessments with a focus on SOX
• Assess internal controls over financial reporting and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with business process owners to document and evaluate control environments
• Perform walkthroughs and test key controls to ensure SOX compliance
• Identify and present audit findings and recommendations to management
• Assist in the implementation of remediation plans for identified control weaknesses
• Work closely with IT teams to integrate compliance and risk management requirements into technology programs
• Stay up to date on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging risks
• Educate staff on compliance requirements, policies, and risk management practices, promoting a culture of risk awareness

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• CISA, CISSP, CPA, or CIA Certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience leading IT audit, IT compliance, or SOX assessments, preferably in a regulated industry
• Deep knowledge of compliance standards like SOX, SEC
• Working knowledge of PCI-DSS, GDPR
• Understanding of frameworks like COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics
• Knowledge of cloud security controls for AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience with IT governance and compliance tools
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management platforms like Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, Sailpoint, CyberArk

Annual salary ranges from $105,000 to $125,000, based on experience and qualifications.
