Job Description

What is the opportunity?

The Manager, Investment Finance, will be responsible for managing and delivering accurate, complete and timely accounting, reporting and operations processes for investment assets and continually improve the quality and efficiency of processes and financial control with a goal of achieving best practices.

What will you do?

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of daily recording investment transactions to system of record
  • Ensure proper controls and procedures for accounting and operations processes
  • Documentation of accounting and operational processes and systems of record
  • Coordinate daily operational processes including cash management, securities funding, reconciliations, trade and settlement activities
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Special project work relating to new investment initiatives
  • Support in coaching and training of staff
  • Provide support and information for SOX, BCP, Internal and External Auditors
  • Continually identify and implement improvements in investment processes
