Job Summary
Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Career Sales Force, this position will lead and manage a team of high-performing, highly motivated Financial Planners specializing in Investment and Retirement Planning in the Eastern Ontario area within ONE Region. You will be responsible for achieving business results through sales and market leadership, implementing strategic directions, removing barriers to sales force effectiveness, and leveraging diversity and representation in the local marketplace.
