Position Summary:
We're looking for a strategic and collaborative Manager, Internal Communications, to help shape how employees connect with LifeLabs' purpose, priorities, and culture.
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, where you'll lead the development and execution of integrated internal communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, support business priorities, and foster a connected and informed workforce.
In this role, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across the full communications lifecycle- from developing communication strategies and creating compelling content to supporting leaders, evolving communication channels, and using insights to continuously improve how messages reach and resonate with employees across the organization.

What We Offer:
Salary range: $96,255 - $122,727 CAD annually (commensurate with experience).
LifeLabs’ compensation programs are commensurate based on the role, skill, effort, responsibility and working conditions, irrespective of gender, race, ethnicity, beliefs, age or any other personal characteristics. Pay programs are communicated regularly in an accessible and transparent manner.
