LifeLabs is seeking a Supervisor, Lab Operations in Burnaby to lead Chemistry and Hematology operations on an evening shift. You will oversee daily lab activities, staff development, and ensure safety and quality targets are met.

Please note this a 1-year Temporary Full-Time Supervisor, Lab Operations opportunity based at BRL, supporting the Chemistry and Hematology departments on a Monday to Friday evening rotation (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.).

As a Supervisor, Lab Operations, you will be responsible for the achievement of goals and targets related to safety, quality, and cost-effective delivery of diagnostic services to assigned work groups. You will also be responsible for the efficient day to day operations of your assigned employee group, including planning, coordination, evaluation, and supervision of all technical and/or operational activities and management of all employees assigned to you.

Salary range: $74,941 - $95,549 CAD annually (commensurate with experience).
