Manager, Institutional Reporting and Analysis

The Office of Institutional Planning and Analysis (OIPA) supports informed decision-making through effective planning, research, analysis, and data interpretation. OIPA leads initiatives in Data Strategy, Data Governance, Resource Planning, Institutional Research, and Strategic Analytics. Key projects include accountability reporting, strategic planning support, enrolment and faculty analysis, surveys, external statistical reporting, rankings, data governance, and foresight analysis.

This role reports to the AVP, Institutional Planning and Chief Data Officer, and manages the Institutional Reporting and Analysis function. Responsibilities include overseeing institutional data reporting, government compliance, rankings submissions, maintaining dashboards for institutional metrics, supporting program reviews, responding to ad-hoc data requests, and leading data transformation efforts to ensure data integrity.

To qualify, you will have:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, social sciences, data analytics, or related fields.

Experience:

• At least 6 years in higher education research, data management, and analysis.
• Experience leading collaborative projects with shared responsibility.
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with SAS and Python for advanced analysis.
• Experience with Azure analytics tools.
