ICRM is comprised of three Compliance Programs, Privacy, Books & Records, and IT Compliance. Reporting to the Senior Manager, ICRM & Compliance Governance, the Manager, ICRM will be available to provide support to all three Programs as may be required from time to time. Some of key duties of the Manager will include managing the Program ensuring the firm is meeting its identified regulatory and business obligations; identifying, and managing responses to broad corporate or regulatory changes to meet continued compliance, and working independently on projects and difficult assignments to provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems.

Salary Range: $105,000 - 120,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
