About the Role

The Manager, Influencer Strategy leads day-to-day client strategy and account work across 1–5 brands, ensuring creator marketing strategies are effectively brought to life. You’ll collaborate with creative, analytics, and production teams to deliver data-driven and culturally relevant influencer campaigns.

Reports to a Director or Sr. Director of Account & Strategy Leadership.

Program + Partnership Development
  • Lead influencer campaign strategy and proposal development based on client goals and RFPs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to shape and articulate campaign concepts.
  • Conduct research and synthesize insights to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Build budgets and present best practices for emerging platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Program Delivery
  • Partner with Production and Revenue Delivery teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with strategy.
  • Support client presentations, internal and external kickoffs, and wrap meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize, upsell, or pivot based on performance or client needs.
  • Stay ahead of trends and help identify timely opportunities for client engagement.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Partner with Analytics to shape measurement plans and develop insights.
  • Help craft performance narratives and key learnings for reports and QBRs.
  • Translate results into actionable recommendations for ongoing client growth.
Relationship Development
  • Build strong client partnerships through regular check-ins and proactive communication.
  • Surface client feedback and collaborate internally to improve service quality.
  • Stay up to date on client industries, competitors, and trends to spot new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Based in Canada (Ontario preferred).
  • 3+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally at an agency.
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client service abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • English fluency; French is a plus.

Pay Range: CAD $78,000–$96,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
