Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining open communication with all store departments
2. Being present on the sales floor; supporting and approachable to team members
3. Fostering team development and collaboration
4. Sharing feedback with the home office and ensuring staff access to necessary information
5. Training and developing future managers
6. Recruitment: conducting interviews, hiring, onboarding, and ensuring positive orientation for new associates
7. Resolving customer issues and ensuring a positive service experience
8. Managing daily store operations and ensuring policy compliance
9. Conducting effective meetings
10. Supporting the General Manager and other managers
11. Acting as Duty Manager: opening/closing the store, handling high-level issues, providing on-site support
12. Assisting with promotions and events
13. Preparing reports as required
14. Managing merchandise flow and addressing product concerns with vendors
15. Performing additional duties as assigned
