KeyData Cyber is seeking a Manager, Identity to lead client-facing Identity and Access Management (IAM) engagements—from strategic assessments to implementation planning and delivery oversight. This role is ideal for someone who excels at blending technical expertise with business acumen, and who thrives in a client-centric, project-based environment.

As a leader in our Identity Services team, you'll work directly with clients to evaluate their IAM programs, identify gaps, deliver strategic roadmaps, and oversee end-to-end execution. You will also manage team members, ensure quality delivery, and foster long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end leadership of consulting engagements, facilitating client discussions to achieve actionable recommendations and deliverables.
  • Lead or support the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables as desired by our clients to achieve project objectives (e.g., reports, presentations, roadmaps, workflows, policies, or other people / process / technology models as desired by the client.).
  • If required, support the design of target-state solution architectures with support from technical subject-matter experts.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into tangible activities, aligned with client or industry-specific regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional development.
  • Manage multiple concurrent IAM projects from planning through execution,
  • As required, support implementation efforts based on previous recommendations through coordination with KeyData Cyber technical experts and client stakeholders.
  • Stay current on emerging IAM trends, frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO, CMMC, NERC CIP), and evolving regulatory landscapes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience in an information security field will be considered.
  • Three or more years of experience in an information security or equivalent role, with strong preference for candidates with at least two years in a client-facing or consulting role.
  • Understanding of information security, operational and security risk management risk assessments, and related industry regulations. Working knowledge of identity access management solutions and related information security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001) is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience leading client workshops, facilitating discussions, conducting assessments, and authoring high-quality reports.
  • Strong oral and written communication, client management, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Certifications And Skillsets

  • Experience managing and mentoring junior staff.
  • Experience with Project Management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation).
  • ISC2 certifications (e.g., CISA CISSP) is a plus.
  • Fluently Bilingual (French/English)
