You will collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure our client’s vision is realized. Our IAM offering advises clients and implements secure identity, access management, and Data protection solutions leveraging leading-edge technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Assess, design, and implement workforce and customer IAM solutions, operating processes, and people models to address risks in identity governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management.
• Work on implementation and advisory projects with leading IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, etc.
• Implement and manage data protection solutions to secure sensitive information.
• Utilize Microsoft Purview for data classification, labeling, and protection.
• Develop data governance policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct audits to identify and mitigate data protection risks.
• Support RFP responses for clients seeking to improve IAM and Data Protection capabilities.
• Demonstrate project management skills, plan engagement objectives, mitigate risks, promote teamwork, and use available tools to enhance deliverables.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including developing and implementing IAM solutions and Data Protection.
• Experience in consulting projects focused on IAM and Data Protection, contributing to solution implementation and delivery.
• Experience with IAM vendors such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, BeyondTrust, Microsoft Entra.
• Knowledge of Data protection tools like Microsoft Purview, DLP, Azure Keyvault, and encryption.
• Strong understanding of security concepts like LDAP, RBAC, SSO, MFA, PKI.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaboration.
• Enthusiasm for learning emerging fields like Digital Identity, Zero Trust, and GenAI.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
