Manager, Human Resources
Full Time Permanent (1.0 FTE) – 35 hours a week
Central Toronto Youth Services (CTYS) is an accredited Children’s Mental Health Centre with a range of services and programs for youth and families across Toronto. These services are client-centered and flexible, geared for youth and families with a range of mental health needs who may have difficulty accessing traditional office-based services.
In this role, you will oversee all functions related to Human Resources for Central Toronto Youth Services (CTYS) including maintenance of employee records and transactions, bi-weekly payroll processing, benefits administration (extended health and dental program, GRSP program, pension program), recruitment and selection, managing employee relations matters, disability management, facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, adhere to accreditation standards, support policy development and implementation, and ensure compliance with the Collective Agreement. You will sit on the Employee and Employer Relations Committee (EERC) as one of the employer representatives and participate as a member of the collective bargaining team.
