Irving Forest Services in Saint John, NB is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to partner with leaders, attract and develop talent, and align workforce planning with business goals. You will drive practical HR solutions across the organization to strengthen engagement and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and employee relations.
  • Experience with talent pipelines, succession planning, leadership development, and/or workforce planning is considered an asset.
  • Strong aptitude with HRIS, recruitment systems, Microsoft Office, and related business tools.

Job Description

Irving Forest Services is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Human Resources Manager to join our Saint John, NB team. In this role, you will partner with leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent, support effective workforce planning, and deliver practical HR solutions that strengthen employee engagement and business performance.

Responsibilities
