What you’ll do here
- Spearhead the creation and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy, leveraging channels like paid media, SEO, CRO, and email marketing. Set strategic visions and roadmaps to enhance brand performance.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across marketing and other departments—such as operations, finance, Intact lab, actuarial, AI Marketing Lab, legal—and with external partners. Ensure cohesive strategy and seamless campaign execution while championing innovative technologies to boost efficiency and growth.
- Utilize advanced analytics to identify trends, shape strategies, and refine growth initiatives. Optimize channels through A / B testing and adapt strategies in real time to improve the Media Mix, Cost of Acquisition, and ROI.
- Act as the main communicator to foster consensus among stakeholders, ensuring all communications are strategically aligned and precise.
- Oversee strategic forecasting and monitor KPIs, providing analyses for informed decision-making and strategic adjustments. Communicate progress in large forums to maintain organizational visibility.
- Lead and cultivate a dynamic, high-performing growth team. Encourage a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, developing team members' leadership, analytical, and technical skills.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to create new channels for growth generation by leveraging market analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in marketing growth strategy and data-driven decision making.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to connect and influence at all organizational levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience in optimizing cost efficiency and media mix through data insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
