Summary

As a Manager of Group Sales at Holt Renfrew, you will lead a team of sales managers to enhance the customer and employee experience while achieving sales and profit targets. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, and ensuring consistent onboarding and certification of Sales Consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Recruit, select, hire, and onboard the best talent.
  • Communicate performance goals and provide coaching to achieve them.
  • Recognize extraordinary performance and develop improvement plans for underperformers.
  • Manage expense and payroll budgets; review profit and loss statements.
  • Develop talent and succession plans for the store.
  • Assist in creating the store's annual strategic plan.
  • Communicate assortment requests and merchandising information.
  • Prepare and analyze store performance metrics.
  • Serve as manager-in-charge and assume General Manager duties as needed.
  • Implement customer relationship management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy policies and cyber security measures.
Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, with 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and change initiator.
