You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, and ensuring consistent onboarding and certification of Sales Consultants.

Lead, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
Recruit, select, hire, and onboard the best talent.
Communicate performance goals and provide coaching to achieve them.
Recognize extraordinary performance and develop improvement plans for underperformers.
Manage expense and payroll budgets; review profit and loss statements.
Develop talent and succession plans for the store.
Assist in creating the store's annual strategic plan.
Communicate assortment requests and merchandising information.
Prepare and analyze store performance metrics.
Serve as manager-in-charge and assume General Manager duties as needed.
