The Office of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies (OGPS) at University of Guelph is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented Manager, Graduate Marketing and Recruitment to lead the development of a central prospective graduate student experience aimed at increasing graduate applications and enrolment. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your passion for education and demonstrated ability to craft compelling messaging that appeals to diverse audiences to drive forward-thinking marketing initiatives, formulate strategic recruitment methods, and support post-offer engagement to attract, enroll, and retain top-tier graduate students globally.
Reporting to the Director, OGPS, you will excel in collaborative settings, working across colleges and aligning with central Communications & Marketing standards. Your proficiency in digital marketing, outreach, and brand expansion, combined with your capability to balance strategic vision with operational execution, will ensure our graduate programs are competitive, accessible, and attractive to a diverse audience.
