Salary Range: $91,200 - $136,800 CAD

Job Overview

The Protect Product Office team, part of Enterprise Protect, is responsible for the vision and development of Protect Products to ensure efficient operation and seamless protection for the bank, customers, and employees from Fraud.

The Manager, Product Management reports to the Senior Manager, and supports strategic planning, go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, and the development of the Protect Product and Service Catalogue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of the Protect Product Level strategy and Target Operating Model.
  • Engage stakeholders, develop templates, and support socialization with senior leadership.
  • Develop comprehensive product go-to-market strategies, roadmaps, and contribute to portfolio oversight.
  • Participate in planning sessions, prepare strategic presentations, and maintain product catalogues.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
  • Minimum three years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Product Management, lifecycle methodology, and business applications.
  • Technical acumen and ability to work cross-functionally.
