About the Role

We're on the hunt for a Manager of Fraud Investigations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Identity Fraud, you'll be the strategic mind coordinating our defense against bad actors while developing a team of talented investigators.

What You'll Do
  • Lead a team of 4 dynamic investigators, inspiring them to reach their full fraud-fighting potential

  • Prioritization and coordination of the team's workload

  • Architect and refine processes that keep our operations running smoothly in an ever-changing landscape

  • Mentor the team members, helping them level up their skills and advance their careers

  • Dive into complex investigations when your expertise is needed

  • Craft insightful reports that tell the story of our fraud prevention successes

  • Serve as the calm in the storm when tough situations need escalation

What You'll Bring
  • Fluent French skills would be magnifique (but not required)

  • 7+ years of experience in fraud or financial crime investigation

  • 3+ years of people management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate

  • An analytical mind with exceptional problem-solving abilities

  • A natural affinity for metrics and reporting, translating data into actionable insights

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Bonus points for SQL proficiency

  • Industry designations that show your commitment to the craft (CFE, CAMS, CFA, CFCS)
