We're on the hunt for a Manager of Fraud Investigations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Identity Fraud, you'll be the strategic mind coordinating our defense against bad actors while developing a team of talented investigators.
Lead a team of 4 dynamic investigators, inspiring them to reach their full fraud-fighting potential
Prioritization and coordination of the team's workload
Architect and refine processes that keep our operations running smoothly in an ever-changing landscape
Mentor the team members, helping them level up their skills and advance their careers
Dive into complex investigations when your expertise is needed
Craft insightful reports that tell the story of our fraud prevention successes
Serve as the calm in the storm when tough situations need escalation
Fluent French skills would be magnifique (but not required)
7+ years of experience in fraud or financial crime investigation
3+ years of people management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate
An analytical mind with exceptional problem-solving abilities
A natural affinity for metrics and reporting, translating data into actionable insights
Advanced Excel skills
Bonus points for SQL proficiency
Industry designations that show your commitment to the craft (CFE, CAMS, CFA, CFCS)
