Overview

The Manager of Forensics Technology Support is a key technical resource responsible for managing the team of System/Network Admins to support various infrastructure technologies on KPMG forensics group. This person is a member of a nationwide team of technical support staff focused on ongoing support and new deployments of KPMG’s IT infrastructure.

What You Will Do
  1. Recruit, coach, and support the skills development of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  2. Manage the delivery of technology support services, including daily oversight of virtual and physical servers, cloud services, and applications, with a focus on Azure environments.
  3. Proven work experience with forensic applications such as Nuix, Relativity-One, and Relativity.
  4. Manage and lead the relationship with the partners and the business to understand their needs and align the technology with business requirements.
  5. Ensure team compliance with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  6. Lead internal projects for environment upgrades.
  7. Participate in the leadership of the Technology Support and Operations department, driving strategic initiatives and improvements.
  8. Provide status and operational updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  9. Coordinate resources for non-project implementations or upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  10. On-call support for critical incidents.
What You Bring To The Role
  1. A university or college degree and/or equivalent professional experience and certifications.
  2. Relevant certifications in Azure cloud.
  3. Relevant certifications in networking technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto).
  4. 5 to 7 years of IT experience in system implementation, project management, and systems management, with 3 to 5 years in a team lead, supervisory, or managerial role.
  5. A solid background in networking, firewalls, gateways, and load balancers.
  6. Excellent communication skills and a strong leadership presence.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $128,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
